Hatta Rajasa also considered to have won the election of SBY in 2009.

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Democratic Party Marzuki Alie disclose the reason supporting Prabowo - Hatta Rajasa in the 2014 presidential election. Primary reason he was never invited the couple Democrat coalition.

"Democrat coalition invited by Prabowo, on the other hand Jokowi not invited. It's Crucial, but the most important is the platform" said Marzuki in Jakarta Parliament House, Wednesday, May 28, 2014.

The second reason, according to Marzuki, Prabowo - Hatta government is committed to continue the performance of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and fix that should be corrected.

"Mr. Hatta during the two periods are loyal to the government of SBY. He's communication with me as Chairman of the House of Representatives in order to secure SBY in legislative policy"  Marzuki said .

Marzuki judge Hatta Rajasa figure as a former Coordinating Minister for the Economy certainly understand the economic policies in the government of SBY. Marzuki also want to give back to the Hatta Rajasa have already won SBY - Boediono in the 2009 election.

"This is when I have to give something to Prabowo - Hatta to win this competition" he said .

Marzuki support to Hatta Rajasa also based on emotional reasons because both came from South Sumatra . "me and Hatta had committed when he run for presidency or vice presindent, I personally would win Hatta in the competition" marzuki said .
